Our Bingo Story

When managing our bingo site, our staffs come across some heart-warming stories. This one particularly hit our hearts, and we were compelled to share it with you.

This all started when a couple of months ago, when we notified everyone at Mapau Bingo of our February Deposit & Win Contest result.

Constance replied to us few hours after, indicating she has not received her $10 BB bonus.

When we checked, Constance has not received her $10 BB bonus because in fact she was not a part of our Deposit & Win Contest Winners for that month. Normally we would remind her she did not receive her bonus because she did not win. However, what really struck us was that she was a member who was very interested in becoming part of our community but could not because of her disability.

Constance has always been one of our most pleasant members, and we had no idea she was going through so much, and it really hit us how she could maintain her positive attitude amidst her trouble. Furthermore, after hearing there was no one who could take her to the bank, we were worried she might even be far away from her friends & family members. We simply could not overlook this, and replied with the following.

We had a staff meeting about Constance afterwards and thought there was something we can do to help her cope with her disability. After bouncing our ideas back and forth, we asked Mapau Bingo members for their help.

The result was amazing! So many Bingo members, new and old, prayed & greeted Constance with genuine voice. Most of them probably did not know Constance personally, of course, but their words resonated with sincerity, kindness, and love. Some of them even asked us not to credit them with our free bonus promise.

Inspired by our members' responses, we created a 7 by 10 feet greeting cards stuffed with everyone's message and sent it out to Constance.
